Sneaker Trends from Paris Fashion Week S/S 2025

hello. Spotlite is where you meet the talent that best aligns with your brand. It's been a whirlwind two weeks for Paris Men's Fashion Week S/S 2025, with stops in London, Florence, and Milan. Paris Fashion Week proved that K-power is alive and well. In particular, several K-stars visited Paris, including Seventeen Vernon, Gong Yoo, Cha Eun Woo, and Lee Jong Suk. Brands like System, Junji, and Songgio Homme also participated in Paris Fashion Week, showing the power of K-Fashion. This Men's Fashion Week, we saw a lot of unique and stylish sneakers, both on the streets outside the shows and on the actual runways. We'll take a look at the sneaker and sneaker collaborations that many brands showcased at Paris Fashion Week, and in doing so, preview the sneaker trends for S/S 2025.

Last week, the Nike Sense 96 SP debuted on the runway of the Comme des Garçons Homme Plus 2025 S/S collection. The sneaker will be available in three colorways - White, Triple Black, and White/Pink - and will drop in Spring 2025.

A fashion brand called Basketcase has released its latest product, a reimagining of the New Balance 1906R. The model was launched in a very limited number at the Paris showroom.

ASAP Rocky x Puma

ASAP Rocky's debut runway show "American Sabotage" was one of the highlights of Paris Fashion Week. Ezekiel Lackey has once again collaborated with Puma, this time in a way that has gotten a lot of attention. The white and red pattern combination reminds me of a retro runner from the year 2000.

Nigo x Nike

Appearing at the finale of the Kenzo S/S Homme collection show, Nigo turned heads by wearing a new colorway of the Nike sneaker model he unveiled last year. The sneaker is a low-top version of the Nike Air Force 3, which was released in the early 2000s, and is expected to be a collaboration between Nigo and Nike.

Hed Mayner x Reebok

Menswear designer Hedi Slimane's S/S 2025 Paris collection featured a collaboration with sneaker brand Reebok. This sneaker features classic leather that flips over to reveal spongy foam padding.

  1. Retro sensibilities

As you can see from the five collaborative sneakers above, styles from the 90s and early 2000s are making a comeback. It has a lot of retro elements, including thick soles, color blocks, and vintage logos. Brands are also re-releasing classic sneaker models with a modern twist.

2. minimalism

Sneakers with simple designs will be in vogue. Minimalist sneakers with clean lines and a basic color palette (including white, black, gray, etc.) are getting a lot of attention.

3.High-tech materials and design

We're using lighter materials, more breathable mesh, recycled materials, and more sustainable materials than in previous models. You'll notice that your sneakers weigh a lot less.

4. variety of colors and patterns

Nontraditional colors like pink, bright and bold color combinations, as evidenced by the Nike and Comme des Garçons sneaker collaboration we mentioned earlier, are on the rise.

The men's (and even women's) sneaker trends we saw at Paris Fashion Week don't just reflect what's trending right now, they reflect a range of styles and functions that span the past, present, and future. We're seeing more and more bold, individualized designs and product lines that match our lifestyles and tastes than ever before.
