New Update: Confirm Usage Before You Accept a Booking

At Spotlite, we’re always listening to our users — and one thing we heard again and again from talent and agency users was this:

“I want to know exactly where and how the images will be used — before I accept the job. Sometimes I miss important details”

So we built it.

Introducing the New Booking Confirmation Pop-up

From now on, when you receive a booking request, you’ll see a confirmation popup before you choose to accept.

This new step includes all the essential details you need to know in advance, more clearly — so you can make the right call with full clarity.

What You’ll See in the Confirmation

Here’s what’s now clearly shown:

• 📍 Region of Use
  Know exactly where your images will be used — for example, “Korea only.”

• ⏳ Usage Duration
  Check the exact length of the copyright — 6, 12, or 24 months.

• 🗂️ Archive Visibility Option
  Decide if you’re okay with the images remaining viewable after the usage period ends. You’re in control.

This feature is designed to avoid surprises, reduce back-and-forth, and help you work more confidently.
